Mini
Today was Plyometrics day. . . . aka Jumping Day. I have to work all day so I didn't have time to do the entire workout, so I just skipped all of the repeats and squeezed in a 1/2 hour workout. . . . . that count right?????

Least Favorite
Today was chest and back day and I have to be honest, this is my least favorite workout. I especially hated it today because I had been sick on the past two Mondays and thus unable to do this workout, so this is the first time I have done it in 3 weeks. . . . and . . . . yep. . . . I still hate it. I feel great, but I HATE push-ups and chin-ups!

Kenpo
Today is my first day trying the Kenpo routine. . . . it's fun, and interesting. I may have to make sure that I have more time on Saturdays so that I can fit it in more often. Down 13 lbs now and 1" off the waist. Still happy!

Stronger
So, I'm getting stronger! I can feel it! I had a great workout today! I am going to have to increase my weights next Friday, but today I was able to do all of my legs workout without to many problems! I know that the plan to extend this first leg of my workouts is going to work out perfectly! I am so excited!! I have lost 12 lbs now and an inch off of my waist. . . . not bad for 3 weeks hey? How are you doing on your goals?

Extension
I am back into the swing of things again. . . . well kind of.
I started my arms workout today and I had to stop halfway though because I am still weak from being sick. I figure that I will just have to do this workout in 2 stages today and be happy with that. I WILL get it done though!
I have taken a look at my calendar and I am in week 3 of my p90x routine, and I have decided to extend this by 2 more weeks. I just feel that with my being sick and Otto not having installed the chin-up bar that I haven't been able to maximize my workouts yet, so the decision has been made. I have been making progress, and I am happy with that, and I would like to make even MORE progress!
So. . . . p90x in 104 days!

Wise Cousin
Growing up, my cousin was my best friend. Being 6 months older than me I always thought that she was so wise. . . . and yesterday she commented on my post. . . . . and so I took her advice. . . . no workout today. I am feeling much better now, and I am glad that I took an extra day off of working out . . . . THANKS wise cousin!!!

Sorry!
Sorry guys! I slacked off today! I have been too sick to even move, much less think about working out HARD. . . . so I stayed curled up in a ball for most of the day, but my fever seems to have broken now, so tomorrow I will BRING IT!!!
