Abs of Steel

Today was legs, back and abs. . . . . well. . . . I just don't think that 90 days is going to be long enough to get me to be where I need to be.  I definitely have a long way to go, but hopefully after 90 days there will be an improvement.  I was excited that I could do almost every exercise in the Ab video and the leg video. . . . today is definitely better than yesterday was.  I really enjoy the stretching at the beginning!  One day maybe I will be able to complete the entire video.
As for the "nutrition plan". . . . well, this is WAY more food than I usually eat, so the trick is finding a way for me to eat everything and still lose weight.  Hopefully because I am working out this will work!
