I am back into the swing of things again. . . . well kind of.
I started my arms workout today and I had to stop halfway though because I am still weak from being sick. I figure that I will just have to do this workout in 2 stages today and be happy with that. I WILL get it done though!
I have taken a look at my calendar and I am in week 3 of my p90x routine, and I have decided to extend this by 2 more weeks. I just feel that with my being sick and Otto not having installed the chin-up bar that I haven't been able to maximize my workouts yet, so the decision has been made. I have been making progress, and I am happy with that, and I would like to make even MORE progress!
So. . . . p90x in 104 days!
