After my weekend away and being sick on Monday and Tuesday, I worked out extra hard today!!! It felt so good!!! I LOVE working out my arms and shoulders!!!! I am not as strong as I used to be. . . . I used mostly 8lb and 12lb weights, but I know that I will get back to my usual 25 and 35 lbs soon if I just stick to it!!!
Man I feel great!!! I think I just sweated the rest of my sickness right out of me!!! But, I kind of smell like I did a major workout, so I had better hit the showers before I head into work!
YAY for being back!!!
