Pop!
I have been having a tough week this past week because I have been so worried about my knee. . . not worried enough to go to the doctor (I would have to actually be dying for that to happen) but still upset, and frustrated and worried that I won't actually be able to race. I haven't been able to do regular walking around without feeling a ton of pain, much less run! So, after just about an entire week of not being able to do anything, and just worrying I all of a sudden felt a pop! The most intense pain shot through my leg. . . and then NOTHING! I must have popped something out of joint when I was running. Whatever it was, it has fixed itself and my knee is just a little tender now. I think if I just stay away from running for the weekend, I will be fine in time for me to go to the cabin on Tuesday and do my swimming/running routine out there. So YAY!!!! All hope is not lost!
