I have been dreading this moment since I started training for the race. I knew that it was only a matter of time before I hurt my knees. Well, when I was running on Monday, it happened. I don't know what I did or how I did it, but my left knee has been killing me since Monday. I tried to do some walking yesterday and I couldn't do it at all. Today, I went to my Mom's house and tried to run, but after 20 minutes I felt as though my knee was going to snap in half. This can't be good!
As soon as I finished painfully limping on the treadmill, I grabbed the kiddies and went and got a knee brace. I am going to wear it today and see how it goes. Hopefully it will help and I can go for a run tonight. . . . I just KNEW it!

Megan - Not to be bossy, but DON'T run if your knee is still hurting! Even with a knee brace. You'll risk further injury, and you don't want that. Ask me how I know. :)
