So, I upped my speed on the treadmill. I am now running slightly faster for 3 minutes and walking for 2. I will keep that up for Wed and Thurs and then I am going to try and go back to my 4 minute running interval with walking for 2. Oh and Iron Man. . . . soooo good!
YAY!! Good for you! I'm super excited to hear more progress. I've been trying to be better because I know I'm not alone, so you've already had a great influence!
