Today was chest and back day and I have to be honest, this is my least favorite workout. I especially hated it today because I had been sick on the past two Mondays and thus unable to do this workout, so this is the first time I have done it in 3 weeks. . . . and . . . . yep. . . . I still hate it. I feel great, but I HATE push-ups and chin-ups!
Tomorrow is jumping day!!!
