Menu

As many of you know, I always do a two week meal plan.  I have to do this for two reasons, #1 - It saves me a ton of money, #2 - If I don't know what's for dinner ahead of time I panic and I pretty much shut down and can't cook anything.  So, I have put my current low-fat meal plan below with links to the recipes that I could find the links for.  If you see something on the menu that doesn't have a link and you want the recipe, you can email me and I will send it to you.  I keep all of my recipes on the computer for easy access and sharing.
I want to share some things about my meal plans with you before you take a look at it because it might make some things clearer.
- you will notice some astrisks. . . these are events that are happening which affect dinner.  If I am not going to be home in the evening or for a weekend I let the family have some of their favorite dinners that I either don't like or that are not low fat.
- some you will also notice that on some meals there is something written in italics. . . . this is where I will eat something healthy and low fat and the kiddies who are at home (Dustin and Lee) get to eat their favorite lunches
- On Mondays and Tuesdays I teach piano until 6:30.  So, there are usually either crockpot meals on those days or meals that take 10 minutes or less to cook because by the time I am finished teaching, the kiddies and hubby are hungry.
So there you go.  Take a look and hopefully this will help give you a few ideas on some meals.
