I just wanted to let you all know that I am still going to be running as long as my ankle will let me! I am going to start posting on this site again and I am also going to include my meal plans. As some of you know, I am big on 2 week meal plans and because I am trying to accomplish another goal of losing a certain number of pounds I am going to be using the Canada Food Guide the way my doctor recommended and get rid of those pounds. Because most of my recipes are the genious creations of others, I will try to link to those recipes for you who are interested in having them.
I will keep you posted on my progress, and if there is anyone who would like to join me please do! I would love to be updated as to how you are all doing. My goal is to lose 30 lbs by Christmas! That means that I will need to lose an average of 2.3 lbs a week since there are 13 weeks until Christmas!
So come on! Let's do this together (unless you are already completely thin in which case I am soooo envious!!!). Tell me what your goal is and then we can support each other as we go for the gold!

I'd like to lose 30 lbs (by having this baby!)by Christmas too. I don't that's going to happen though as I am due AFTER Christmas and my babies tend to come late!
ReplyDeleteI would love to join you, I would like to loose 15 lbs before christmas. PLease throw your tips my way because you are so diciplined and I really admire how dedicated you are! I know you will reach your goal no problem :D And than we can go swimsuit shopping together as a reward!!!!
