Ever since Saturday, I have caught this terrible cold from Lee. I have been coughing like crazy and I am totally stuffed up. However, I have still been doing my running and training because I know that if I stop I will never start it up again.
So, today being Friday, it was swimming day. I went and swam for an hour, but I couldn't push myself like I really wanted to. However, I did endure and I did make it swimming for an entire hour.
Lesson learned. . . swimming is fun, but it is more fun when you can actually breathe! Oh well, at least I tried!
